Yes, you can collect your order directly from our workshop in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire once it has been completed.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.

Yes — we’ll email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track it online or via the courier’s app. A signature is usually required, but deliveries may be left with a neighbour if you’re out.

For Express Delivery, missed deliveries will be held at your local Post Office or depot for collection.

We’re currently unable to ship internationally due to post-Brexit shipping changes. All of our products are manufactured and delivered within the UK.

Our standard manufacturing time is 3–5 working days from receipt of payment. Once completed, your order will be dispatched promptly.

For orders under £50, Express Delivery is available at £5.99, offering dispatch within 24 hours of production completion.

Delivery times may be slightly longer for non-mainland UK addresses, and we recommend allowing additional time during peak seasonal periods.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £40. For smaller orders, Express Delivery is available at £4.99. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

Your order will be delivered by Yodel, our UK courier partner.

We may be able to cancel or amend non-personalised orders if you contact us promptly at support@bootliners-uk.com. We will always try to stop your order before it enters production. However, once manufacturing has begun, a restocking fee may apply.

Personalised and bespoke items cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started.

We take great care in the quality of our products, but if your order isn’t suitable, returns may be accepted in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@bootliners-uk.com to initiate the returns process.

Unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, return postage will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is approved, we will refund the product price and original delivery cost, minus a 25% handling fee.

• Customised, embroidered, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges where incorrect vehicle details have been provided at the time of ordering
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition
