Looking after your boot liner is simple and doesn’t take much effort.
Begin by taking the liner out of your vehicle and giving it a good shake to remove any loose dirt, dust, or debris. If it needs a deeper clean, it can be machine washed on a gentle cycle at 30°C.
To help preserve the material and protective qualities, avoid using fabric softener during washing.
Once cleaned, allow the liner to air dry fully before placing it back in your vehicle to ensure the best fit and performance.
- Is a manufacturer’s warranty included with this product?
Yes — all products come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear over time.

Yes — our boot liners are made-to-measure for specific vehicle models, including your Volvo within the – range. Each liner is designed to follow the exact shape of your boot area for a precise and secure fit.
Because boot interiors differ between vehicles, the fixing method will depend on the surface material inside your boot.
Carpeted Boot Areas:
The liner is secured using heavy-duty Velcro strips that attach directly to the carpeted surface.Plastic Trim Boot Areas:
For vehicles with plastic interiors, the liner is fixed using self-adhesive Velcro backing designed for smooth surfaces.
Delivery FAQs
- Is collection available for my order?
Yes, you can collect your order directly from our workshop in Pinxton, Nottinghamshire once it has been completed.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
- Can I track my delivery?
Yes — we’ll email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can track it online or via the courier’s app. A signature is usually required, but deliveries may be left with a neighbour if you’re out.
For Express Delivery, missed deliveries will be held at your local Post Office or depot for collection.
- Can I order from outside the UK?
We’re currently unable to ship internationally due to post-Brexit shipping changes. All of our products are manufactured and delivered within the UK.
- How long does delivery take?
Our standard manufacturing time is 3–5 working days from receipt of payment. Once completed, your order will be dispatched promptly.
For orders under £50, Express Delivery is available at £5.99, offering dispatch within 24 hours of production completion.
Delivery times may be slightly longer for non-mainland UK addresses, and we recommend allowing additional time during peak seasonal periods.
- What does delivery cost?
We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £40. For smaller orders, Express Delivery is available at £4.99. All orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
- Which courier delivers my order?
Your order will be delivered by Yodel, our UK courier partner.
Warranty & Returns
- Can I cancel my order after placing it?
We may be able to cancel or amend non-personalised orders if you contact us promptly at support@bootliners-uk.com. We will always try to stop your order before it enters production. However, once manufacturing has begun, a restocking fee may apply.
Personalised and bespoke items cannot be cancelled or amended once production has started.
- Can I return my order if it isn’t suitable?
We take great care in the quality of our products, but if your order isn’t suitable, returns may be accepted in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@bootliners-uk.com to initiate the returns process.
Unless the item is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, return postage will be the customer’s responsibility.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- Full name and contact details
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Reason for return
If your return is approved, we will refund the product price and original delivery cost, minus a 25% handling fee.
Please note:
- Customised, embroidered, or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015
- We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges where incorrect vehicle details have been provided at the time of ordering
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition
